Ingredients:
1 cup of oats
⅓ cup pistachio
⅓ cup cashews
½ cup of almonds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
⅓ cup chia seeds
⅓ cup flax seeds
½ cup raisins
½ cup sugar-free syrup
Cinnamon to taste
½ cup of Ghee or Coconut Oil
Preparation:
