1 1⁄2 cups gluten-free rolled oats
1 cup baby spinach
1 ripe banana
1 cup non-dairy milk (or more as needed)
1 tablespoon ceremonial grade matcha powder (optional)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend. We take a frying pan, add a little oil and when it is hot add a tablespoon of the mixture. When bubbles start to come out, we turn around and cook on the other side.
