Spinach Pancakes






Ingredients:

  • 1 1⁄2 cups gluten-free rolled oats

  • 1 cup baby spinach

  • 1 ripe banana

  • 1 cup non-dairy milk (or more as needed)

  • 1 tablespoon ceremonial grade matcha powder (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


Preparation:


Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend. We take a frying pan, add a little oil and when it is hot add a tablespoon of the mixture. When bubbles start to come out, we turn around and cook on the other side.
